Models in this unit can only make attacks against that enemy unit this phase (and only if that enemy unit is an eligible target for those attacks). Arcadian Leontus is the Lord Commander Solar of the Astra Militarum, wielding vast armies against apocalyptic invasions, sector-wide insurgencies, and even distant campaigns beyond the Segmentum Solar. Rapid fire weapons are capable of long-ranged precision shots or controlled bursts at nearby targets. Arcadian Leontus is the current Lord Commander Solar of the Astra Militarum and sits among the highest echelons of the Imperium, boasting an unimaginable roll of titles, peerages and ranks.

Each time an ASTRA MILITARUM unit from your army Remains Stationary, until the end of the turn, ranged weapons equipped by models in that unit have the [LETHAL HITS] ability. If you use a model’s invulnerable save, it is never modified by a weapon’s Armour Penetration value. Each time the bearer of such a weapon fights, it can make attacks with that weapon in addition to the one it chooses to fight with. For the purposes of rules that are triggered when a unit is destroyed, such rules are still triggered when one of the individual units that made up an Attached unit is destroyed (the Leader or the Bodyguard unit).

For the gold areas, highlight with Liberator Gold, for the red cape, use Evil Sunz Scarlet, and for the solar halo, highlight with Flash Gitz Yellow.

Astride his biomechanical steed Konstantin, he directs his armies from the front line, and can be found getting stuck into the thick of combat just as often as he organises entire crusades from the war room.If your unit is making attacks with more than one melee weapon against a unit, and those weapons have different characteristics profiles, then after you have resolved an attack with one of those weapons you must, if any other weapons with the same characteristics profile are also being used to make attacks against that unit, resolve those attacks before resolving any attacks against the target with a weapon that has a different characteristics profile.

When doing so, you can set those units up in Strategic Reserves if you wish, regardless of how many units are already in Strategic Reserves. If this unit scores 5 or more hits against that enemy unit, then until the end of your opponent’s next turn, that enemy unit is suppressed. Overwatch is resolved like a normal shooting attack (albeit one resolved in the Charge phase) and uses all the normal rules, except that an unmodified hit roll of 6 is always required for a successful hit roll, irrespective of the firing model’s Ballistic Skill or any hit roll modifiers.

Note that all the attacks you have declared are always resolved against the target unit even if, when you come to resolve an individual attack, no models in the target unit remain in range (this can happen because of models being destroyed and removed from the battlefield as the result of resolving other attacks made by the attacking model’s unit first). Each time an attack scores a hit against a target unit, make a wound roll for that attack by rolling one D6 to see if that attack successfully wounds the target. When doing so, each model in the charging unit must end its Charge move closer to one of the units selected as a target of its charge. When a unit makes a Normal move, each model in that unit can move a distance in inches less than or equal to its Move (M) characteristic, but no model can be moved within Engagement Range of any enemy models.

Unlike when making other types of move, models can move over enemy models when making a Fall Back move as if those enemy models were not there, but you must take a Desperate Escape test for each model that will do so (excluding models that are TITANIC or can FLY) before any models in that unit are moved. If a unit Holds Steady, any Overwatch attacks made by that unit this phase will score hits on rolls of 5+. If either the Leader unit or the Bodyguard unit in an Attached unit is destroyed, the Starting Strength of the remaining unit is changed to be equal to its original Starting Strength. Those soldiers blessed enough to be charged with defending the Segmentum Solar – home to the numinous Throneworld and our almighty God-Emperor – fall exclusively under the command of the Lord Commander Solar.
